Simply have your dog place their front legs in the harness while keeping the slider higher up on the leash. When your dog is inside the harness simply move the leather slider and bone closer to the harness. It will tighten the harness and create the fit that is needed. The leash is available with a nickel metal swivel for a permanent connection.
